Thank you for requesting resale information from Association Management LLC. Your request will be handled as prescribed by the Virginia Property Owners Act.Effective July 1, 2008, the Commonwealth of Virginia has restructured the processing fee and the manner in which Resale or Disclosure Packets are prepared and delivered.  The fee may be applied to the owners assesssment account, paid at the time of the written request or paid at the time of settlement.  If the settlement does not close within 90 days from the originial date of the resale request, the fee will be applied to the assessment account of the property owner.The Seller or their Authorized Agent must request the resale/disclosure packet in writing to Association Management LLC. Processing time allowed by law to complete these packets will be up to 14 days from the date of the written request.  If a 'rush' delivery is requested, additional fees will be applied and the packet will be complete within 5 business days.Resale Request
