About Our Company

My partner and I have over 18 years of experience serving on homeowner and condominium association boards and committees. Association Management personnel have similar backgrounds. We feel this provides us with a better understanding of your viewpoints, challenges, concerns and responsibilities to owners. In addition to serving as directors and on various committees, we also have over 12 years of community management experience. 

We prefer to manage smaller communities who are often overlooked and sometimes neglected by larger management companies. We prefer to manage “hands on” and to frequently visit communities in order to get to know the owners. Our partners and community MANAGERS like to be involved, especially since we live in smaller communities like yours. We also keep the number of communities we manage small in order to ensure we can maintain personal contact and to ensure you are glad you hired us. 

We specialize in communities that want to raise their expectations. We know from experience how a director’s JOB can be frustrating and unnecessarily time consuming when affairs are not administered well, especially when community MANAGEMENT personnel are not as committed to community goals. 

We have been very successful in relieving director “stress” and allowing them more time for planning and decision making without worrying about the day-to-day affairs of the community.  That gives us a special feeling of accomplishment.

Association Management is certified by Community Association Institute (C.A.I.) the designation of a Certified MANAGER of Community Associations (C.M.C.A.) as a result of experience in the Property Management field, meeting specific requirements by C.A.I. and our commitment to continual education.
